Our condo has the romance of a bed and breakfast with
the privacy of your own place. Romance is about being
pampered and that is what we do at TLC Condo! With
Pillow top mattress, 500 thread count sheets, Lands
End Bath sheets instead of standard towels, over-sized
shower with custom double showerhead, Pacific Coast
AllerRest ® down pillows, towel warmer, memory foam
sofa sleeper, and Blender with digital display of 300
recipes from a simple pancake breakfast to exotic
drinks. You will feel the luxury!
The resort is located right on the beach, a perfect
place to relax and enjoy the quiet or venture out for
activities. This is not just a condo; it’s a complete
resort with ocean side swimming pool, hot tub, sauna,
tennis courts and basketball courts. There is
something for everyone to enjoy here. No need to
squeeze the family into a hotel room when you can
spread out in this 1 bedroom, 2 baths, fourth floor
condo. It offers all the amenities of home with a
GREAT ocean view.
Couples will love the master bed and bath. The plush
master bedroom features a king size pillow top
mattress with a TV and DVD. The master bath has an
over-sized shower with two adjustable rotating
showerheads, offering a choice of two different spray
settings – normal for cool refreshment or soothing
relaxation, and massage to relieve tense muscles. Its
moveable shower arm enables you to switch from the
overhead shower to side shower position in one easy
movement. The extras include a towel warmer and
luxurious bath sheets.
The living room features a sofa sleeper and sleeper
ottoman. The kids can each have their own bed. It also
has a leather recliner, TV, DVD, and stereo. The
kitchen is well-equipped with full size appliances
including a dishwasher and microwave.
We have a beautiful crystal-clear pool and hot tub,
it’s a perfect spot to relax, read a book and enjoy
the sun. You can watch the fun at the pool or beach
from the balcony. Play tennis or basketball on the
lighted tennis and basketball courts. You’ll also
appreciate the covered parking.
We are centrally located; you can walk to the Cocoa
Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or dinner with live music.
And world famous Ron Jon’s is just minutes away. The
casino cruises (Sun Cruz and Sterling) depart daily at
Port Canaveral, just 1-1/2 miles to the north. They
sail several times each day and offer free food and
drinks.
Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of
Fame at Cape Canaveral. It’s just 15 minutes away. The
beach in front of the condo is an excellent spot to
watch space shuttle and rocket launches. Make sure you
visit historic Cocoa Village for its unique shops and
excellent restaurants.
We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International
Airport and the attractions (Disney, Sea World,
Universal, etc.) Just follow Highway 528 east to the
resort. We are easy to find and close to everything.
