If you have already checked the availability of unit #209, and found it to be available for the Saturday to Saturday dates that you want to vacation, proceed to step 2. If you have not already checked availability for your Saturday to Saturday stay, please click here.

Once you have made sure that the time you want to book is available
Your card will be charged a $300 down payment that applies to your total. You will then receive an email confirmation within 24 hours if done on a weekday, or within 72 hours if done on a weekend. Your balance due will be charged 60 days prior to arrival at which time you will receive your final email confirmation/information package. This email package will include your paid in full receipt, directions from the airport in Orlando, basic rental guidelines, our managers cell number in Florida, and the lock box code information which is how you get the keys to the condo. If you are making your online reservation and it is already 60 days prior to arrival or less, you will go straight to receiving your final email confirmation/information package rather than the first confirmation and your card will be charged the full amount due. To see what the full amount due is click on view condos, then the unit number you want, then rates, then look for the blue number within the Saturday to Saturday one week time frame you will be vacationing. The blue number is the total price for a given Saturday to Saturday stay that includes all Florida taxes and the cleaning fee. Like a hotel, there will be no paperwork for you to sign.
